One of the best places in Ottawa to get yourself some vegan sweets. Cinnaholic has a HUGE selection of cinnamon buns (and other treats!), some which stay year-round and many which change seasonally.
Read moreMy personal favourite out of their cinnamon buns is the "Cookie Monster Roll", which boasts and impressive heap of cookie dough atop cream cheese icing and then drizzled with chocolate and chocolate chips. It is fantastic... and really, a meal on its own with how filling it is!
Aside from the cinnamon buns they also offer an AMAZING vegan cookie dough, delicious brownies, mini-buns, cookies (chocolate chip and cinnadoodle), and some basic cafe drinks (drip coffee, teas, lattes).
Price-wise, it really is quite a good deal because these buns are BIG. If you order for delivery, they sell these really nice bundles of treats which end up being a rather good price for a huge amount of desserts.
The location itself has some seating on the inside and some on the outside as well, provided the weather allows for it. There is a washroom for customers. Staff are consistently friendly!

The old mangers that worked at this location were great! but ever since the new mangers came the place has gone down hill, the new staff make very inappropriate and unprofessional choices when choosing to hire new staff or not. Not great

I’m so happy I found this place my last day in Ottawa, everything is vegan and everything is customizable. I had a cinnamon bun with peanut butter icing and topped with peanut butter cups! It was soo delicious, I also got a few brownies with delicious toppings like caramel, pretzels and Oreos to name a few. The prices are also quite good as the cinnamon buns and brownies are huge, expect to pay between 4-8 dollars per dessert.

Perfect place to bring non-veg friends that think that vegan pastries can’t be as good as non-vegan pastries. Everything is vegan and there is a lot of choices! It’s hard to choose. The buns are really big and fulfilling, so it’s better to not have eaten too much before going there! They also have mini buns and cupcakes. If I go back, I will only take the cinnamon bun without toppings, because it was too heavy with the toppings, in my opinion.

I have had to move away temporarily and one of the things I miss most about Ottawa is cinnaholic! Absolutely amazing, I don’t think I could ever get tired of these cinnamon buns! I love getting vanilla icing, chocolate sauce and strawberries! Staff is always friendly and great location.

If you get the “yesterday’s baked” cinnamon rolls make sure you ask for them to be warmed up, otherwise it’s no good cold. Their freshly baked ones are the bomb
