I can't believe everything here is vegan. Magical.

I tried the vegan cookie dough with some kind of cream cheese topping and strawberries. It was ridiculously good. My friend had a cinnamon roll that he was equally excited about. It was warm and gooey. This place is super cool. The one here in Edmonton was very inexpensive and the staff friendly. I'll be keeping an eye out for them wherever I go!

The best desert!

I love cinnaholic! It’s always a treat to go here, definitely the fanciest desserts I’ve had since being vegan!! Must try!

I Fricken Love Cinnaholic

Their classic cinnamon buns and the edible cookie dough are so hard to resist. There are so many convenient locations. I've already had way to many buns.

So sweet!

Got a Groupon for this spot as a gift and gave it a go. Definitely super sweet, but I think it’s a once in a long time treat. Ate the pumpkin pie roll so quickly, I forgot to take a photo! I liked the latte (and the no mark-up for a non-dairy milk).

Pros: All vegan, Quick, Good coffee

Big treat!

You have to love a place that’s vegan and doesn’t even brag about it. I had a maple pecan one and it was pretty good a bit sweet but we split it and it was the perfect amount. I’m sad I don’t live here otherwise I’d definitely be back to try more options. Would love it if they use non-processed flowers and non-refined sugars.

Pros: All vegan options , Lots of variety

Cons: Processed flour and sugar

while delicious it’s very sweet

while the cinnamon rolls are wildly delicious, i find that that icing is often too sweet. it’s a great place to fulfill your sweet tooth every once in a while.

Good cinnamon buns - but super sweet

I liked the cinnamon buns, they are really well made, and it's awesome that everything is vegan. That said, I don't see myself going here very often. It's super sweet and feels like it's a million calories a bun. Nonetheless, if that's your thing, it's very well done, with plenty of options to dress your bun up.

Pros: Lots of options

Good buns, great toppings.

They have an incredible variety of toppings - so much so that it's overwhelming. Luckily they have some premade combinations you can choose from. I had the cookie monster cinnamon bun and it was amazing. However if you don't like very sweet food, you may prefer the classic one that comes just with frosting.

Pros: All vegan, Variety

Cons: Served on disposables

A bit much

Tasty cinnamon buns, but really a bit too much sweetness with the icing. I tried a basic bun with vanilla frosting, and found the frosting was really very sweet, it was tricky to eat it all and I ended up scraping a lot of it off. I would maybe buy a plain bun as an occasional treat, but I don't see myself taking advantage of the toppings.

Pros: Tasty buns, Convenient location

Cons: Too much frosting, A little pricey, Very busy

Sugar overload

Cinnamon buns with added toppings =sugar overload. I went the day after they opened, and at noon they still didn’t have all their toppings made so I couldn’t try the peanut butter cups. There were some “display” buns, presumably to give you topping ideas. I ordered one that had toppings of maple, pretzels and nuts, but when I got home there weren’t any nuts on mine. I also ordered a build your own with graham crackers (more like golden Oreos) and marshmallows. The cinnamon buns were about $8 each. Nothing on the menu board indicates that the “cream cheese frosting”, marshmallows” etc are plant based, and the couple in the line up behind me were wondering why bacon wasn’t included in the list of toppings. Also note that the location is off of a busy street downtown so parking could be an issue.

Pros: Plant based, Lots of topping options

Cons: Sugar overload, People might not realize they are plant based

So yummy!

If you weren’t one of the hundreds of people who lined up to check this place out the day it opened, you should try it now that things have calmed down. My only advice is don’t go during the lunch hour.

Pros: All plant-based

Cons: Can get really busy
