No vegan real food - Edit
Cinder bar only offers fake meats. They are highly processed, isolated proteins that i don't consider food. I will only eat real food. I'd love to see options with tofu, tempeh, seitan, or even eggplant. Cinder bar prides themselves on a creative menu, which I agree with, and is why i think they could easily offer vegan options made with real food options.

True vegan option - Edit
It's so rare to have a non-vegan restaurant offer a very nice vegan version of a cheese steak. It was tasty although a touch dry. I added a little ketchup and thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

Cinder Bar - Edit
They now offer several vegan options on their Sunday brunch menu. I had the vegan breakfast wrap but they also offered a quinoa bowl and a vegan omelette.

Lots of vegetarian choices, only one vegan menu item, but food is excellent, atmosphere is great. Best Vegan cheesesteak.
