vegan snack option! - Edit
the Cigkoftem in Zaandam is a snack place where the vegetarian / vegan is served. Great! I was a bit disappointed that it is served cold, but it is quite yummie. I do not consider it healthy as I am a bit wheat sensitive, but lettuce, pomgranade sause, mint, parsley and lemin juice is WAY better than the ususal meat thing you get
I liked it and took some home, yum
Pros: vegetarian / vegan, cheap, low calories
Cons: cold, quite spicy, even the mild version, serves also meat
