Cigkoftem
Part of chain serving the Turkish dish made from ground bulgur covered with mild onions, scallions, parsley, tomatoes, garlic, tomato paste, and mint leaves. Can be eaten with lettuce leaf or wrapped (dürüm) in paper-thin lavas bread or as a burger. Note the desserts use honey.

really nice, authentic food - Edit
I've first had cigkofte during a holiday in Turkey - and was surpsrised to find this little place during a visit to Regensburg.
Even though I've ever only had them by themselves I chose a durum - and it was delicious, especially due to the sauce used. Everything was freshly prepared and the cigkofte tasted just like it did back in Turkey. It's a rather spicy dish (and can be eaten even more hot when using chili). Highly recommended!
The place is small, but nice. There's also an option for a take away box for extremely good value.
The fried veggie-thingies available are really nice as well, even though a little pricey for their size.
Can't say anything about the desserts as these aren't vegan.
Person working there was really helpful in pointing out what's vegan-suitable and was obviously really knowledgeable!

Pros: taste!!!!, price, location
Cons: atmosphere, but that's ok as rather a take away, /fast food place
