World's Best Food - Edit
Sorry, I'm biased. I do like Çiğköfte better than just about anything. I spent a month a year in Türkiye for a decade and, well, ate a lot of çiğköfte. Now, it's a rarer treat, but irresistible! Here, it's pretty traditional, but served up courteously and with good attitude.
