Sadly the çiğköfteci did not taste as good as I expected. Very sickly after a few mouthfuls, might be down to personal taste but I couldn’t finish it.

120 for durum & soda. Honestly, wasn’t sure how to order so just said “vegan?” And there were some positive gestures and questions about what kind of bread. Went for the cheapest durum cos we only had limited cash. I also showed an image I edited that outlined the food I couldn’t eat as a vegan and gave this to the guy. He read through it all and felt reassured with his response😄Ugh it was SO tasty.

Read morePersonal spricht zwar kein Englisch, aber man kann dennoch gut bestellen. Man sollten nur vorsichtig sein, das die Portiongrößen äußerst üppig ausfallen.

The staff is super friendly and the cigköfte dürüm is both super tasty as well as affordable for only 100 türkish lira. There's a larger version available as well (mega dürüm) that's only 120 TL as well.

I was looking for a simple local lunch option, and this was just right! I got the vegetarian dürum and it was very tasty! Nice and spicy but also just the right size. Staff are super friendly and the seating area is nice and clean.

This place is in walking distance to Hagia Sophia etc. Nice and welcoming people there. For a very reasonable price I got a fresh cig cofte durum wrap (80 lira for the "mega durum").

My boyfriend and I went here for lunch because other restaurants seemed overpriced for the smaller portions. We didn’t regret having meals here. Sometimes the vegetables aren’t fresh at other places, but everything here was fresh.

I came here with no cash and ordered the wrap (they said it has no animal products whatsoever). Expected enough, they accept only cash. So I tried to exchange my money at nearby stores but i couldn’t. After telling them that I they don’t need to prepare my food since i don’t have money, they made a wrap anyway and let me bring money tomorrow. Very authentic, local and family owned!

I struggled a lot in Istanbul, partially because of the area I was staying at, the old European side. It’s quite difficult to find vegan food and after seeing the reviews on this one, I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did. I think it’s a family business, husband and wife. Both SUPER friendly, very sweet, I asked them for the wrap, dürüm, he made me one and I ate it at their shop. It tasted amazing, I was so happy to have tasted an authentic Turkish dish that’s completely vegan!

Lovely people selling yummy staple turkish food. It seems like the place is completly vegan if we talk about food, but they are selling some yoghurt to drink. But if You want to be sure just ask for vegan food, they will understand.
