Great Variety of plant based food - Edit
This place is so close to me and a great option for breakfast and lunch even an early dinner! Have tried their pozole with mushrooms and the lentil soup. The tacos were interesting. Five small tacos with different plant based ingredients like hibiscus. Their stuffed avocado is delicious and the specials are amazing too! Chiles en nogada are my favorite entree when the chef has it on the menu. Have been wanting to try the sandwiches but every time I go it's a new item that is available briefly I end up trying. It was disappointing to find out they were closing down. At least I was able to try their famous chilaquiles before they did. Definitely needed more clients in the area.

I love finding all-vegan spots, & this one is just a couple miles from home for me! I was in on a Sunday afternoon and the place was pretty quiet. Service was good and food came out promptly. I had the green chilequilles and a spirulina lemonade, and they bring out homemade chips and salsa while you wait. Very good! I’ll be back!

Such an amazing surprise to find an all vegan place in Berwyn, it was amazing even though I’ve just gotten the pozole so far. The taste immediately took me back to childhood and was right on with the taste of traditional pozole.

Pure vegan with a wonderful ethnic Mexican twist. The owner does nutritional counseling as well. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic.

Stopped by on my way out of Chicago and took my dinner to go. Everything was super fresh, made on the spot! Tons of options and (at least the things I got) felt so vibrant and full of goodness.

Great selection of both comfort and raw vegan food. SOOOO many great juices to choose from, and there’s brownies!😄Service was great and the food was fresh and filling. Definitely check this place out.

What a local gem! I ordered the Paraiso Smoothie Bowl and it was delicious. Presentation was absolutely lovely, ingredients fresh and the combo of nutrient-rich foods were fabulous! The server had also brought out a large carafe of water and two glasses. That was a super nice touch especially since we have biked there. The place is nicely decorated and brightly lit with plenty of tables. It has a happy vibe to it. The owner herself stopped at our table to ask us if everything was good, which it certainly was. Great addition to the area promoting plant-based eating for health. Looking forward to returning and trying out their veggie/grain bowls and their juices!

Loved everything we got there! I don’t remember the names of the sandwiches we got, but one was a portobello sub type sandwich and one had carrot bacon, both were excellent and I went back for them again a couple weeks later. Got some little carrot muffins they had and those were scrumptious lil snacks, sweetened perfectly with dates (I hate overly sweet dessert type things though) Looking forward to going here more and trying their smoothies and smoothie bowls. Hopefully soon they will have more of an online presence and a website.
Read moreWhile we were there the owners, a husband and wife team talked to us and were very friendly. The wife is the chef and a nutritionist, but didn’t speak much English, so her husband translated for us. Sounds like much of their business is based on meal plans she provides for her 300ish clients! The restaurant was pretty empty when we went, but sounds like they are very busy with these meal plans, take out and catering. Would highly recommend checking it out. Only Vegan restaurant in Berwyn or that area.
