Great food, pay the staff more - Edit
Just had a lovely meal with my wife at Cider Press Cafe. She is normally a meat eater but would eat out vegan every day if the food was this good! The only issue was in the tipping at the end. Being English, what you see is what you get, price wise. In US, you have a menu price, then tax on top, then a tip on top. Too complicated and deceitful. Cider Press Cafe is visionary and revolutionary in its food options, why can't you also consider the welfare of your humans who serve the food and pay them a decent wage. 5 dollars an hour is not enough. Humans have rights too! Why should staff have to rely on the kindness of strangers whilst working to improve their bosses profits? Fairness all round guys please.
Read morePros: Great, I mean GREAT food., Great beer. , Great atmosphere.
Cons: Staff not paid enough., Vision needs to continue to paying the staff moire, Revolution needs to be in staff pay also.

Wonderful Vegan Burger - Edit
Oh how I wish I was able to sit down and savor my meal inside the restaurant. I grabbed my burger To Go along with some black beans and rice. They were out of Mac and Cheese when I arrived. I devoured the burger while driving and missed two exits. I vowed to save my wife a bite. The flavors worked very well together. I almost felt guilty eating it. It reminded me of my meat-eating days. When I got to a stoplight I had to turn on the interior light in my vehicle just to see what I was chomping down on. I will definitely be going back. It’s a little pricey, but next time I’m taking the whole family!

$o Good - Edit
Went here with some friends for dinner. Some of them got appetizers, some had drinks- I had a locally made kombucha that was really delicious. I also had the raw cauliflower bites which were not very good. I had the raw avo sandwich for my main meal, which was really delicious. Most of the food was pretty tasty and extremely fresh. We got ice creams for dessert- I had mint ice cream which was so, so good. My friend had the key lime which was really good, too. I left completely stuffed! I don't think I'll be back any time soon just because it was so, so expensive! It seems more like a treat yourself kind of place.

Fabulous Experience!! - Edit
Fabulous restaurant with clean modern decor and large windows feels urban but comfortable. The food is delicious and very satisfying. I had the Kale salad and my wife had the Beyond Burger with a pho cheese. If you've never had a Beyond Burger you're missing out. I kid you not, you might freak out at first thinking it's a real Burger. Lol. Must try one and theirs are very well prepared.

One of my favorite vegan restaurants - Edit
It is beautifully lit up with the sunlight coming from the many windows and the burger with the pineapple is amazinggggg. The sushi also looks very good and I'm definitely trying it next. Went with two omnivores and they really enjoyed the food as well. I really like how this place looks very modern, gives it appeal to more people, at least regarding my experiences with vegan restaurants.

Love the raw desserts! - Edit
We were pleased with almost everything we had. I really enjoyed the raw caeser salad. The potato salad and buffalo cauliflower are also good options. But the real highlight of the trip was the salted caramel cheesecake. I love raw cheesecake and this was a real treat! I'd go back again even if just for it.

Great place for vegans in St. Pete - Edit
Found this cute all-vegan restaurant on Central Ave. and I wish I would've known it was here before! So many different menu options- had trouble choosing what to order but ended up splitting the cider press cafe salad and the falafel burger with someone. Both were delicious yet flavorful as well and portions were a decent size. Prices weren't that bad, as vegan food can be expensive but I recommend sharing entrees. Will be visiting again sometime soon.

It's so hard being vegan - Edit
It's really not hard being vegan though. Especially with restaurant options like Cider Press. Healthy options and comfort food options? Can't go wrong!

Highly Recommended!!! Excellent environment, Excellent food, Excellent Staff - Edit
Excellent restaurant environment, excellent food, and excellent service! The staff was all very friendly and polite. Also, everything was priced reasonably. The food (stuffed pancakes with eggplant bacon and avocado sandwich with coleslaw and coffee with fresh almond milk and pumpkin cheesecake) was fresh and so delicious!!! The only thing I did not enjoy entirely was the pumpkin cheesecake only because it didn't really taste like a dessert. If you want a dessert that is not very sweet than you would probably enjoy this. For comparison, the raw stuffed pancakes tasted sweeter and more like a dessert than the pumpkin cheesecake. The environment felt relaxing but upbeat, open, airy, and clean. The doors were left open and a gorgeous breeze swept through the environment as everyone was enjoying their food. Being that they claim to also serve 100% only vegan foods I was a little disappointed to find out that they do serve cows dairy milk in single serving packets for coffee. In conclusion, I highly recommend this place and will be going back for sure!

killer raw food selection - Edit
This place is AWESOME. Great raw food selection along with non raw options. This is an ideal place to bring non veggie people and educate them on how easy it is to make plant based taste good. They also have a huge variety of local beer, wine, and even kombuchas. This place rocks.

Best raw vegan food I've had on the East Coast! - Edit
I typically don't go out of my way to eat raw, but I travel alot and sometimes that is my best vegan option. This is by far the best raw, vegan restaurant I've been to. Every single item I tried was incredible. No salt or pepper necessary, as each dish was full of flavor. The textures accentuated the incredible complex flavors. The atmosphere was awesome. So nice to have found such a gem in St. Pete.

Fabulous - Edit
I do not normally order appetizers or dessert but I do not usually have so many wonderful options! My sister and I split buffalo cauliflower and pineapple kimchi, pad Thai and crab cake sand which, bananas foster and ganache chocolate pie a la mode. It was all fantastic and artistically presented. Our server was delightful and the food presented in a timely manner. I felt the Pad Thai was a little pricey at $15 but this is downtown St Pete and it was worth it.

Amazing food + service! - Edit
Went here with my mom for a nice dinner, very modern and sleek design with the perfect location. We ordered cauliflower buffalo bites which came with an amazing ranch that tasted like dairy! I got an avoBLT and it was delicious! Full of flavor and right portion size. My side was cheesy kale chips which delivered. For desert we had salted caramel cheesecake, all of this ended up being expensive but was well worth the great service and food! So happy it's here and I'll be back soon enough!
