Don’t Go

I do not write bad reviews, but this one is a must, the food is just not good. I have tried it three times in the last year and each time it just gets worse. Could be the chef? I don’t know how you can ruin a salad but it was inedible as was my husband’s chicken Parm. The sauce tasted rancid. Makes me sad because I want to like this place but I can’t. My advice is not to risk it the odds are you will be very disappointed.

Cons: Food

Unique meals that will fill you up

This restaurant has inside and outside seating with a completely vegan menu. It’s so nice to be able to sit down and order whatever you want with out having to worry about the ingredients! Service from host and waitress could be better though.

Pros: Completely vegan, Unique menu , Beer on Tap

Cons: Slightly expensive

Rude

Website says they closed at 8 and got there at 7:30 after just getting off our flight, one of the only vegan places open. The guy said, "Did anyone tell you? Kitchen is closed." I asked oh it said online you guys closed at 8. He told me, "No kitchen closes 30 minutes early, standard practice," and walked away. My partner and I have both worked restaurants and seemed they just didn't want to serve us. Worst vibe at a vegan restaurant.

Wish I could have rated it higher

Upon walking in, the hostess asked us how many and I answered 2 and asked if we could sit outside. He told me to let him finish so that he could tell me the menu is entirely plant based. I guess the locals get upset after figuring that out.

My friend ordered the BBQ Chicken burger and I ordered the Truffle Shuffle ($19.99) based on our servers recommendation. My friends burger had only ketchup on it instead of BBQ sauce and the truffle shuffle sandwich was not good. It was just beyond meat crumbles, onion, mushroom, and bell pepper on stale bread. We ordered their pumpkin cheesecake for dessert to give them another chance, and it was not sweet nor good.

Our server kept asking how everything was and when we gave our honest opinion she was upset. She also seemed relieved to say she herself was not vegan.

I hate writing a poor review for a vegan restaurant but the food was just very poor in my opinion, especially for the steep prices.

breakfast, lunch AND dinner!

For my maiden voyage, I ordered some take out for lunch. The service was super friendly and quick, and I cannot wait to go back and hang out inside! This will definitely be a spot I check out for brunch ASAP.

For my meal I ordered the Artisan Walnut Flatbread, because I was intriqued by the fact that it was a raw flatbread. I have never tried such a thing, so here’s to trying new dishes and exploring new flavors!

It was really yummy! Definitely outside of my normal food scan, but I love trying new things and seeing what they taste like. The arugula that it is served over was the perfect touch, and was honestly my favorite part of the dish. The flatbread was placed over it, but I had to put it on top because I am all about some good arugula on a pizza, raw or not!

Pros: excellent location, vegan desserts

Nice raw food-friendly eatery in FL

Was in town for a wedding and hit up all the raw focused places I could find. Definitely enjoyed the many raw food options on the menu at this spot. Will go back next time I'm in town, for sure.

Pros: Plenty-o-raw options

Best Vegan Place In St Pete

Prior to going vegan, I loved seafood. Cider Press makes the best “schrimp”. I always get the General Tsos Schrimp. It comes over a fried rice.

They also have bang bang schrimp on their apps menu, I didn’t like the creamyness of the sauce but the texture and taste of the schrimp is amazing.

They also have spicy notuna tartare and a spicy zalmon poke bowl. They were sold out of the poke bowl but I tried the tartare and it was really good! Texture of the tuna and taste was very similar to the real thing. I hope they start making sushi and expand their menu with these two options.

Their chicken is the best I’ve tried. The texture and look and taste of the chicken is the real thing. My Omni eating boyfriend couldn’t tell the difference.

I wouldn’t recommend the wingz bites the texture was just too weird for me.

Pros: Best vegan seafood , Best vegan chicken

Cons: Service can be inconsistent and slow at times

Some of the best vegan food. I can always rely on them to serve great tasting meals. The Mac n cheese is my favorite in the area!

Elegant Comfort Food

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My wife and I went there while vacationing and we were both amazed at the quality, variety and creativity of the food. Our server recommended the Bang Bang Shrimp for a starter and they were really excellent. For entrees we had the Cuban and a pesto special. I can say with no equivocation that it was the best Cuban I've ever had.

The Pesto special is what really stole the show. Expertly crafted baked chik'n that exploded with flavor sat atop a bed of perfectly dente penne noodles, cherry tomatoes and veggies doused in homemade pesto sauce.

The food is spectacular. The location is great, right on the Edge district with a great patio for people watching. Our server, Arya, was incredibly helpful and nice. Overall this was a delightful culinary experience.

Pros: Freshness, Fun patio, Great service

Absolutely Wonderful

I have to say everything we have enjoyed from the menu this year has been delicious. A huge improvement from summer 2019. I dream about the Bang Bang shrimp. It’s hard to stay away since we live within walking distance. The staff is friendly and responsive.

Pros: Totally Vegan , Outside seating, Great staff

Cons: None!

One of the best I’ve been to

Came multiple times on our weekend visit. Can’t miss it— chickn sandwich, cheesesteak, loaded tots, brunch food— all so good. Great drinks too

Seems like an oasis in the middle of a vegan food desert

They legit ask you multiple times before and while being seated if you know that it’s an all plant-based menu. Apparently a lot of people don’t realize it - which I think is a testament to them! The options seem endless and everything we got was delicious. Plenty of outdoor seating and a good vibe from staff. Highly recommend.

Pros: All vegan menu , Great drink menu!, All day brunch

Loved It!

Came unsure where to go and happened to be close to this, not realizing it was a fabulous choice. Got off to a bad start with them being busy, 20m wait estimate and by 30m we hadn’t heard and were still four people down. Not their fault but I was hangry and not sure. Food and choices are great and we were all content with our meal.

Pros: All Vegan , Great server , Tasty w/good portions

Cons: Pricy , Long wait

Not the best

We weren't too happy with what we got from this place. We got the kale ranch salad, the french dip and the buffalo chick'n sandwich. Honestly the french dip was terrible and didn't even remotely resemble a french dip. The salad and the chick'n sandwich were both fine but nothing spectacular.

Our server Eli...

Was literally the best. Beyond great professional service, Eli really made you feel like you were coming over to have dinner with a friend! Food was super good. The loaded fries are substantial but don’t make you feel too full. Both burgers we had were bomb so I’m sure they’re all good 10/10

Pros: Vegan af, Good value , Good location

5 stars for taste, 4 for value

I got the funky feta burger with sweet potato fries and WOW it was delicious. It was greasy and fatty and just what you want a burger to be. And the fries! Possibly the highlight of the meal they were that good. I ended up accidentally receiving a slice of their berry cheesecake which was phenomenal though admittedly I'm not the biggest cheesecake fan. The donuts are GF and a little crumbly but still tasty

Cons: pricey

Really tasty/ fully vegan

There’s a full menu with a variety of vegan options! I was solo so I couldn’t get too many items but I wanted to. Highly recommend & if I have the chance to go back when I’m visiting the area, I will!
I had the philly cheese steak w truffle fries & the buffalo fried chicken sammy. Had a cerveza on the side that paired perfectly with both.

Pros: Fully vegan, Friendly service
