Pros: Clearly marked in the menu vegan option, Lots of vegetables on top (Pinsa Romana vegana)
Cons: A little more expensive, Not brilliant in taste

They offer several vegan options. We had the Triofie with pistaccio Pesto and the vegan Pinsa, both very tasty.

Uno dei pochi posti dove mangiare una vera pinsa vegana, pensata, goduriosa, non il solito contentino per i rompiscatole erbivori.

Not many options but you can make one pasta without milk which is a really good one. It was with pesto, pistachio and zucchini. There was also a pinsa vegana. This was also really good. And of course there was a pizza marinara.
