As of my last visit, the menu has been drastically cut reducing vegan options to NOTHING on the menu. I was able to create myself a bean and vegetable taco but it was a very frustrating process.

Chuys - Edit

The rice and beans and chips and salsa are all vegan. I always get the veggie enchiladas with a vegan sauce and I get so happy. I love the vibe of this place and I love their food!
