Hits the spot for vegan Tex-Mex

I’ve been a Chuy’s fan for many years, going back to when it used to only be in Austin. I’m glad I can enjoy the same bean burrito I ate in my vegetarian days with only slight modifications—and at even more locations! It’s also a crowd pleaser for mixed groups/omnivores.

Pros: Several vegan options with mods, Tex-Mex nostalgia vibes, Labeled vegetarian options
