Good options, fair quality - Edit
One thing I was really impressed with about this Chuy’s was that the staff went way out of their way to accommodate my group’s unique food issues. We had vegans, one gluten-free person, and one person with a garlic allergy. Our waiter and the kitchen manager came out to make sure they got everything correct. They have a separate vegan menu and gluten-free menu upon request. I ordered the veggie enchiladas, which are vegan without the cheese, with ranchero sauce. Unfortunately, I really didn’t like the sauce and my plate was swimming in it. I will get the other vegan sauce option (tomatillo) next time. But I did very much appreciate the accommodation, which can be rare to find.
