I got a mix of things from the buffet, and the nice added white rice and an extra spring roll with no change. He was super nice, and the food wasn't bad either. I'm happy I stopped by.

Best tofu - Edit
ChuMinh is one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. The tofu bahn mi is incredible, and the house made meats are all very good as well. The owner is a wonderful woman who donates her time and food to the community through an organized group of volunteers. The store staff are very friendly and helpful. Do not miss the opportunity to eat here if you are in Seattle!

First time visiting this location - Edit
We stopped by yesterday to pick up a few banh mi. We got a roasted “pork”, a bbq “pork” and a spicy tofu. I’m happy to say this location is as good as the original location. Only downside is that the parking is a little tight. It’s a great location if you are further south and wanting takeout though.

Amazing Vietnamese food - Edit
This is hands down the best vegan Vietnamese food I’ve had. The owner is super friendly, the food is fresh, big portions and delicious flavors! And so many options to choose from. All dishes are traditional.

I ordered takeout this morning, the spicy tofu sandwich, Vietnamese coffee with oat milk, autumn rolls and I also picked up some fresh tofu made in house.

We love Chuminh Tofu, and we’re happy to see they opened a new location in Columbia City (near the Othello light rail stop). We got 3 bahn mi here, spicy tofu, bbq duck, and decided to try the tofu ham. I didn’t like the ham as much the others, but it was worth trying. Spicy tofu is still my favorite! They also gave us a couple free eggrolls, delicious as usual.
