Pricey but Very Yummy

Ordered ahead; they don’t give you an option to order anything except ASAP (which was still 30-35 minutes for the order to be ready). No ordering an hour or two ahead of time.
Area is kind of crummy, but I noticed lots of Asian shops around that I’d try.
When I picked up the food all of it looked very appetizing! Note: the shop doesn’t have any prepared/prepackaged items in it, so you have to order there (or online for ASAP pickup). I ordered for two vegans and a carnivore and it’s cost $78.
My favorite was the jackfruit & mushroom onigiri. Delicious flavors and not too overpowering or salty. The milk tea boba was wonderful! I wish there was a bigger size for me to order and I regretted not paying for the extra brown sugar boba as it would have been worth it.
I’d go back if I was in Richmond more, DELICIOUS and simple.

Pros: Possibly the best Vegan Whipped Cream Ever, Delicious Jackfruit, Cute Shop!

Cons: Expensive - Worth maybe half the price , Not a very safe neighborhood for travelers, Shop was a bit hard to notice

Clearly labeled vegan options, more of a snack

There were a decent amount of vegan onigiri options. The price is a bit steep for onigiri, especially if you are eating for a meal rather than a snack. I had two which cost about $10 total. I recommend the curry-flavored onigiris for the most flavor. The non-curry ones were just a bit bland. Also, it is located in a (very cute) market with little seating, so it’s more of a grab-and-go kind of place.

Not my jam, but...

It was probably just a preference thing because they had a steady stream of customers in and out. Quite a few vegan options.

The shop is cute though and the staff is nice.

Good but overpriced

Good food, love the bahn mi and bento and all the vegan onigiri is pretty solid but it’s extremely overpriced. Authentic onigiri is usually a dollar or two, but they charge $5 per onigiri. Bubble tea is good here and they have lots of unique options but again it’s like $4 more than it should be.
