Four stars because I am thrilled that this cafe even exists. There are so few vegan options in SJD! However, this food is pretty meh. Very healthy, with a fairly limited menu.

The breakfast items were the best we had during our visit to Los Cabos. Same for the beverages. We went back the following day and tried the nachos and tacos for lunch, and found the breakfast items to be better.

The only all vegan restaurant in San Jose and it is fantastic. We had the enchiladas, Asian bowl, dulce cocoa and pachamama smoothie. Everything was divine! The staff were also very friendly and attentive. Don’t miss this restaurant while you are here!

I also got the sweet potato pancakes to go (for airport dinner). Can’t say a bad thing about this place. #Veganuary

The best! Go here when in San José del Cabo - Edit
Was so excited to learn there was a fully vegan restaurant in San José del Cabo when planning my trip and Chula lived up to expectations. We took an Uber here from our AirBnB and we're delighted to arrive at this cute friend cafe. There's indoor and outdoor seating, we sat outside under a fan, the location is pretty much on the side of a busy street so it isn't particularly scenic but the food and service makes up for this. We were told the Enfrijoladas divorciados style (1/2 chorizo 1/2 potatoes) were the most popular so we ordered this, also recommended were the Sweet potato pancakes and we each ordered a delicious iced Chocomaca (cacao, agave, plant based milk espresso shot.) Everything was excellent, the Enfrijoladas were our favorite (my companion is an omnivore), the pancakes were too thick for our personal preference but still yummy. Would 100% recommend to vegans and flexitarians alike. The inside was cute with vegan affirmations and a little boutique with 2nd clothes also some crafts and organic beauty products. I bought a cute pair of yoga shorts!

The only all vegan spot in Cabo and they have absolutely delicious offerings. I had the chorizo burrito and it came with a lovely salad. The meal felt clean and tasted delicious! Definitely recomend.

A Great Vegan in San Jose del Cabo - Edit
What a great little cafe/restaurant close to the old town. We had the Acai Bowl one day and the Green Bowl the next. We will sample more in the next few days but so far have no complaints. The menu covers all tastes! Super friendly, super helpful staff.

The location of this place relative to our Airbnb was one of the main attractions for the place we chose to stay.
Read moreWe went 5 out of our 7-day stay to this place. The food was amazing, the Pachamama was our favorite drink. Taco Wednesday was delicious, the lattes to die for.
Oh and the service, all of ladies treated us like their own, like long time friends, we felt the love by all of them!

We came for lunch and were so pleased! We started with the nachos which were amazing! We had a burritos and the burger and were just wowed! The burger was the best veggie burger I've ever had! And trust me, I've had a lot! We will be eating here multiple times during our trip!!!!

This place was delicious! I wish I could have eaten there multiple times to try more items. The waffle and almond butter toast were delicious! The super C smoothie was my favorite! So refreshing! I took a chance and ordered something they called a reese's thinking it would be like a Reese peanut butter cup but it was a large slice of chocolate and peanutbutter pie. A bit too dense for my liking but it looked amazing. This is a cute breakfast or lunch spot with outdoor seating where you order at the counter. Prices were reasonable and service was quick and friendly. Check it out if you're in town!

Chula has so many healthy and tasty options to choose from. My husband and I visited twice on our 3 day trip into town and we were happy with our meals and the service. We tried the falafel bowl and the hamburger the first day. I wasn’t super impressed with the bowl because it was more like a salad, but the hamburger was soo good! We both got the hamburgers the next day. The coffee is also delicious! Would definitely visit again and try the smoothies next time. The prices are pretty good as well compared to some other restaurants in town.

Literally everything here was so good and it’s a cute little cafe in a sleepy part of town. My only regret was not having two stomachs so I could eat more. If you like spicy food, the chilaquiles are amazing and a must have, but you really can’t go wrong #Veganuary

I always look forward to visiting chula vegan when I am in San Jose del Cabo. I love their sweet potato pancakes with almond butter, bananas and maple syrup. I also enjoy their peanut butter chocolate bars.
