Nice quick lunch spot - Edit
Agree with the previous folks about training, but the burritos are great and the staff are so friendly. Staff seem to have regular schedules, stable work, and their manger seems to take no bull on their behalf for ridiculous catering orders etc. extra point for good people!

I gotta go with the 3 stars like the last person. It tastes good. It's a good fast-food option in this area. But there's a few things I don't like. The ingredients spilled into each other (the chicken rice into the plain rice, cilantro everywhere), the staff is still not the most educated. he gave me advice on what vegan options there were, but then wanted to give me cheese and mayo. Luckily his colleague knew that the mayo isn't vegan. So, room for improvement

I was delighted to discover that Chronic Tacos now offers vegan choices. The staff weren’t too well versed but thankfully one guy seemed to understand. We had the tostada filled with beyond meat, guacamole, beans, hot sauce etc. it was really good.
