Bread! - Edit
Had a good selection of bread including sourdough, and some fridge items - no ingredients listed but the olive tapenade and hummus were apparently vegan.

Bread heaven and nice coffee - Edit
Loved the bread, came back a couple of times during my stay. Also had the best coffee in town. small menu with oats option for breakfast and something for lunch. The shop has a nice choco spread (made with cacao, coconut and dates). The staff was amazingly friendly.
