Great Salad

I built my own. Many veggies and greens to choose. They have chickpeas! I hade mixed greens, avocado, broccoli, red quinoa, chickpeas, and carrots. And, topped it off with balsamic vinegar.

Pros: Great salad, Build your own

Cons: They don't list the dressing ingredients

My go-to for a vegan lunch

I love the Mexicali Vegan salad and they currently have the Vegan Crunch salad which is amazing. I wish they would design a vegan grain bowl, but you can make your own too! There are many vegan salad mix-ins and dressings.
