Good healthy food - Edit
I got the tofu salad in a bowl option (rather than burito), orange and carrot juice, and chocolate chip cookie which were all good options, I was standing looking at the board outside and one of the staff brought out and English menu to me. I had been hanging out for hijiki so was happy.

Exactly what I needed - Edit
After a night of heavy drinking after the F1
Read morerace, I was not looking forward to a travel day to Tokyo. After getting a fast, tasty, and nutritious chopped salad burrito wrap however, I am ready to go! All of the cookies/muffins were vegan which is awesome. I grabbed a banana muffin for the train ride. The seasonal special Sakura lemonade was delicious, I was happy to have a cherry blossom treat as they’re often not vegan friendly. Check the other reviews for location info, very helpful thanks everyone!
Pros: Lots of vegan options (English menu helped a ton), Value, Quick and travel friendly!

Yummy and fresh - Edit
I got the vegan Korean chicken in a burrito (like that the burrito added beans and a small amount of rice). The vegan chicken itself was quite tough but had a good flavour overall. It was really nice having some fresh food as I’ve found in Japan there is not often a lot of fresh produce. It is still just a salad though. Nothing extraordinary but still yum

Vegan burritos - Edit
The shop is situated on the 13th floor of Nagoya Station. The menu is in English, and the vegan options are clearly labeled. I had the Korean spicy vegan chicken burrito and a vegan chocolate muffin. The portions were great, and the food was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I didn't have to wait very long, either.

I ordered the Korean spicy chicken (vegan) salad and milk porcini soup and both are really delicious, soup was really hot and salad was well chopped and mixed and very fresh, ordered the earth bowl for take out and was really good as well.

It's on the 13th floor of the central tower (thanks to previous posting for directions). We tried all 3 vegan options, all excellent. Available as burrito or bowl. English menu available. Great to have so much fresh veggies.

Chop away! - Edit
Before I tell you about the quality of the food, I'd like to tell you where to find "Chopped Salad Days". User "Nix Theodorou" was kind enough to point out that the restaurant is located on the 13th floor of Nagoya station, but that's only half the address. Literally! You see, Nagoya station has two towers and you need to known which one. I initially searched in the wrong one. To prevent you from making the same mistake: "Chopped Salad Days" is located on th 13th floor of the "JR Central Towers" also indicated as "Tower Plaza Restaurants".
Read moreHaving said that, the menu very clearly indicates which salads are vegan. I opted for the Spicy Chicken Korean Salad which was rich in taste and of course spicy. The vegan chicken is among the tastiest fake meat I've eaten in a long time. The portion is very generous; I had trouble finishing the entire bowl!
Pros: decent food at a decent price, exceptionally tasty fake meat
Cons: portion too large?

I had the Tofu Nanban as burrito, it was not as small as I expected actually and really tasty. There were some small black beans inside as well.

Love chopped salad days! - Edit
I wish these were everywhere in Japan! Super convenient, fresh and delicious! Such a tasty salad! I love the spicy Korean vegan chicken bowl. My partner loves it as a burrito. The vegan options are clearly labelled. Definitely recommend if you are nearby! We went twice in two days on our quick stopover in Nagoya 😋

Lots of clearly labeled vegan options. Option for bowl or burrito. Really yummy! Kind of expensive but it's in Nagoya station so it's not unexpected. 13th floor!
