Underwhelming - Edit
Chop has a plant-based menu but you have to make sure you ask them to make your meal vegan. The avocado super bowl with miso tofu was good, but it’s basically just a glorified salad. They couldn’t even substitute the cauliflower rice with regular rice for me because they recently started cooking their rice in chicken broth. I’m disappointed that their vegan options fall so short.
