Everything I tried from here was pretty good, though I haven’t tried their main options. The prepared seitan was a bit softer than I usually prefer but still works well in a variety of dishes. Check them out if you see their pop up.

Be ready to have the best Mexican food in Denver - vegan or otherwise - when eating Cholo Ass Vegan. They’re simply the best. I could take my whole Mexican family here and they wouldn’t know the difference. They have a great carne asada and Al pastor taco, and the best elote in town. Highly recommend following them on @cholo_ass_vegan on Instagram to know where they will be next since they’re a food truck/catering business.

Ive ordered a 1lb container of carne asada from them through Instagram whenever they do a drop - it’s excellent and easy for weeknight tacos! The flavor is incredible and the texture can’t be beat.
