Mart open early and late - Edit
This is a small market, where they have grab and go food as well as food that they cook for you on the spot, mostly for takeout, but they also have a table and chairs to sit and eat. I stopped by both early and late; the person at the cash register also cooked the food. The place didn’t look that sanitary, to be sure, and the food was not that inexpensive. I had a very bready vegan bang mi, which didn’t taste that great, and a vegan mac & cheese, which tasted pretty good.

Vegan breakfast burritos - Edit
The vegan breakfast burrito is one of my goto meals when I need something quick and easy. I think it could pretty easily pass for non-vegan. It's a great filling option (but only available until 11). I've also had the beet reuben which I really enjoyed. They also have plenty of vegan groceries available and I find new things there all the time.

Tons of vegan groceries and convenience foods! They didn’t have a vegan breakfast burrito in the hot case so we had one made, it tasted liked real eggs, cheese, and bacon! It was unreal!

I am extremely impressed with the vegan food here! The best vegan breakfast anywhere in Denver, and the best vegan Mac-n-cheese I’ve had anywhere. They use high quality ingredients and make it fresh when you order it.

Ingredients are fresh, the flavors are there, and prices are reasonable. I needed something to bring on my road trip and this was perfect. They have small deli-style sides for $3-5. I appreciated the packaging using less plastic. I got the banh mi, falafel bowl, Brussels sprouts, and carrot salad. The banh mi was my favorite and if I lived in Denver I would go back for that! Delivery was via GrubHub.

Great spot! Vegan Options Galore! - Edit
Loved this place. It's not weird to sit and eat even though they sell groceries too like some places. The impossible burger is wonderful here because they ACTUALLY HAVE VEGAN CHEESE AND MAYO!

Wish they had the vegan version of the back to nature brand chocolate chip cookies and not the chewy ones. But still a great place with some great vegan choices. I will definitely be back for more!!

I went specifically for the Vegan Tofu Bibambop. It was tasty...a bit too salty for me.. but overall good and satisfying. They also had specialty items and limited groceries.

Great vegan options. Open almost 24/7 - Edit
I was in Denver on a trip, arriving rather late (around 11 PM). Many places are closed at this time but Choice Market was open, including its full kitchen. I ended up going there several times. The sandwiches were pretty good.
