Fantastic Family-Run Eatery - Edit
My equal favourite in Quy Nhon, we stumbled across this place on our way out of town. Cho Thue is a tiny hole-in-the-wall eatery with yummy noodle soups and abundant fresh dishes on rice for a set price of 17 K. Both times we ordered take-away, the couple who run the establishment stuffed our containers so full they wouldn't close. The venue also sells delicious little cupcakes at 3 K per piece.
Pros: very friendly and attentive service , extremely generous portions , set prices
