Delicious Mexican Food

Lots of options. They have a separate menu for vegans. I’ve eaten here about 4/5 times and each time I’ve tried something different and each time, it’s been delicious.

A taste of Mexico

Very welcoming restaurant with a separate vegan menu. We each had the vegan enchilada but shared a garlic jalapeno cornbread as a starter and churros for dessert. The enchilada was delicious and made with fresh ingredient and packed full of vegetables and beans and I particularly liked the melty cheese used and accompanying sauce. The cornbread starter was ok but I couldn't really taste the jalapeno and it was more like a garlic bread than cornbread, whilst the churros was let down by the chocolate sauce, which was thin and lacked any real richness in flavour. Reminded me very much of a soya chocolate alpro pudding 🤔. Overall, a good option if you're in the area but I have had better Mexican food elsewhere.

Pros: Separate vegan menu, Enchiladas , Staff

Cons: Some dishes a little bland

Good vegan menu!

Chiquitos is one of our go to places for a good family meal out. It offers a separate vegan menu with a wide selection of starters and mains. The banana blossom croquettes are my fav which come with a creamy oat dip mmmm, the vegarrito and enchiladas are also great. It is a very thoughtful vegan menu with many meat alternative options including dishes with jackfruit, banana blossom, vegan chorizo and Oumph. They also have vegan cheese. Food is always delicious and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere 💖

Pros: Separate vegan menu , Meat alternative dishes, Nice atmosphere
