Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole.

Great options, good service - Edit
I’ve been getting Chipotle weekly for a year (when I started being vegan). They have great options and have always been consistent with good food. However, today they gave me a burrito with meat on accident and I took a bite before I realized. It sucked but they were super apologetic and understanding, and gave me a lot of free food as well. Hopefully, this never happens to anyone else but I do think they deserve credit for how they handled it.

I love chipotle, but this location tends to be out of ingredients fairly often. Expect long waits and not getting what you want. I love chipotle and love their tofu and guacamole, but often they will be out of guacamole, tortillas, and lettuce along with other items.
