This was the most worst uncomfortable & toxic job I ever had. I’m soo glad I got fired because now I could be able to actually get stuff off my chest thats been bothering me there. I would never recommend this job at this location to someone ever ‍♂️ ”Below in the screenshot”. Everyone there thought I’m a quite person, when really I just observe people before I accept them in my safe zone. After working few months there I notice everyone’s true colours mostly the ”Management Team”, one of them kept on bullying me about my performance “I just started the job, it’s not like I’m experienced so therefore It would take me time to get better”. The managers there acts as if they wants you to kiss their ass “Nash & Faysal”. I usually made my self very dependable and always on time for work there but after how I was being picked on constantly, I lost my interest in working there which caused me to not care if I arrived to work late or not, I also stopped making myself dependable to them, for example stopped coming in on my days off when asked to cover a shift , started falsely calling in sick because I didn’t want to deal with the harassment and mostly stop staying back at the end of my shift to help get things done. As a result of that I started sensing their unwelcome energy, I noticed how the managers started act towards me there, so I been know that my day was coming that I was eventually gonna get fired soon. They were just waiting for me to screw up so they could have a valid reason to get rid off me. Jokes on them though, I feel no way because what’s the point of someone working somewhere if they don’t like any of the people there around them & feel uncomfortable there. A workplace should be somewhere you enjoy & feel comfortable being there. Plus they’re two faced, they speak about each other and then later on talk to the person as if they didn’t said nothing about them to someone else, I don’t associate myself with people with behaviours like that which caused me not to have a friendly conversation with anyone with there and just stay silent to everyone.
