Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican fast food chain founded 1993 in the US and now operates outlets across North America and several more overseas. Set up is assembly line style where you could customize your order of tacos, burrito, or burrito bowl, and request no cheese or sour cream. Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

Good quick vegan option - Edit
I came here before going to see a Mirvish show. Haven’t been to Chipotle in quite a few years. Easy to order a vegan burrito- brown rice, black and pinto beans, white. corn, sautéed veg however when it came to adding red spicy sauce, I saw a streak of sour cream and pointed it out. They got the sauce from another container. Can’t believe guacamole is $2.95 when at Burrito Boyz one can swap dairy cheese for guac at no extra charge. Burrito Boyz does vegan cheese but forgot to ask if Chipotle does. Comparing prices at Burrito Boyz to Chipotle , former is just under $12 and Chipotle is $14 ( almost $18 with guac!). Burrito Boyz has more toppings and swaps guac for cheese at no extra charge. It was tasty but think will stick with Blaze Pizza around the corner for a quick and bigger portion of vegan food. Really wish would bring back Burrito Boyz back downtown after Adelaide location closed.

Pros: have a few cegan options
Cons: can’t swap cheese for guac which is extra $2.95, limited variety of toppings, expensive for what you get compared to Burrito Boy

Sofritas burrito - Edit
Had a sofritas burrito with brown rice, pinto beans, pico de gallo & corn. Very tasty and mildly spicy. Rather convenient & fast as there aren’t too many vegan spots in this area of Toronto. I’ve had a few burritos from chipotle over the years and they tend to be consistently tasty and represent good value.
