Get the Sofritas - Edit
I wasn't a fan of chipotle for a long time because of some remarks made by Nate Appleman about animal rights activist. They must've known that vegans were mad because they introduced the sofritas burrito. It's very delicious tofu. I usually get this in a bowl with black beans guacamole rice and hot sauce. You can create your own taco or burrito pretty much any way you want.
