Great, but could be better - Edit
Chipotle is a great place to get medium tier Mexican-ish food. Although the Sofritas are delicious they really need to step it up and offer vegan cheese, soyrizo, vegan sour cream, etc. They've taken the first step, but they can take a few more.

HIghly Attentive to Vegans! - Edit
This is an assembly line chain where the staff assembles your order per your choices. The last time I went there I immediately stated to the staff member I was vegan. She immediately ripped off her gloves, washed her hands and put on new gloves! I was quite surprised & elated!! She knew exactly what was vegan and made sure there was no cross contamination with any of the animal products. For a chain that is not vegan, it really deserves praise for recognizing we vegans and accommodating us so well.
