Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican fast food chain founded 1993 in the US and now operates outlets across North America and several more overseas. Set up is assembly line style where you could customize your order of tacos, burrito, or burrito bowl, and request no cheese or sour cream. Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

I eat Chipotle a lot. Cheapest Vegan food option for a cheap healthy full meal.

I order Burrito Bowl - Brown Rice, Double Pinto, fajitas, Corn, Medium Salsa, Guac and Lettuce. Order with chips and use as edible spoons. $11.89 total! and I get full every time. Thats why I like it. Everything you need in a cheap easy and fast meal. They also let you hoard the Tabasco Sauces! 😋

Vegan options but not whole food plant based

Chipotle is the same everywhere. The sofritas is made of some kind of soy, and the fajita veggies are grilled in oil. Order the bowl instead of the burrito to save 320 calories. The guacamole will add 230 calories; chips add 500+ calories. Pass on the cheese and sour cream. They are clean, courteous, friendly, fast and there is always seating available.

Pros: Reliable, Open late for food

Cons: High fat content, Surrounded by busy streets
