lots of cross-contamination - Edit
I won't go back anymore. Too many times there's been chicken in the sofritas or cheese in the lettuce. The staff is careless about cross contamination.

Great fast food joint. Vegan options are good at good prices.
Pros: Seems like there is one everywhere, good prices, good portions
