A great option for a widely available chain - Edit
Chipotle just started serving "sofritos", soy-based, tasty chipotle marinated protein which can be put on a taco salad, in a burrito or on tacos. The beans are all vegan (no more bacon fat). Brown cilantro rice. They are really listening!!!
All of their meat is raised in humane ways without antibiotics. A plus if you are going to partake in a carnivore experience.
Pros: Great Value, Fast Service, Readily avaialble around the US
Cons: Only two vegan options, Sofritos not available in all locations
