Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants that serve vegetarian food as well. Their burrito bowls are very nice and keep you full for hours. I would not suggest getting the burrito shells however. They are very starchy and has a lot of carbs in it. Unless you ask for less rice in your burrito, the shell kind of takes away from the flavor.
