I used to love Chipotle, but this one near Coastal Grande Mall (on Retail Court) is filthy and disgusting. My boyfriend and I last went in July, and it was just… ewww. We hoped that it was a one-off situation, went two weeks later for it to hopefully redeem itself, and the same… ewww. Tables and floors filthy, crusty food, ran out of staple items. I sent a note to corporate to express my dissatisfaction, and I received a canned apology back, stating that the store operator would be in touch with me. Never happened, and I will never again go to that particular Chipotle.
