Chipotle is a fast food chain to get excited about. I believe the bowls are the best value, but you could get a burrito or salad if you prefer. All rice, beans, vegetables, salsas, guacamole, chips, and burritos are vegan, as are their sofritas - shredded tofu braised in chipotle chilies, roasted poblanos, & a blend of aromatic spices - which make a real nutritious & delicious option whether you're vegan or not. Note: If you skip sofritas and go for the veggie option, guacamole is included.
