It's your basic Mexican style fast food, has a good value for money and can be easily made vegan. The portions are nice and there's even a vegan option that doesn't require any adaptation with guac included in the price.

this is my go to in vegas on the strip when there's no other vegan food around. quick, cheap, easy and filling ! And actual vegetables which is a nice change, ha ha ha. Love me a sofritas burrito bowl.
