Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican fast food chain founded 1993 in the US and now operates outlets across North America and several more overseas. Set up is assembly line style where you could customize your order of tacos, burrito, or burrito bowl, and request no cheese or sour cream. Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

I come here when I want a decent sized meal that tastes pretty good. My usual is the Vegan Lifestyle Bowl with an apple juice...it's really refreshing. You can also make an all veggie burrito or a fajita with just the veggies.

As you may have gathered, there aren't many places for vegans to dine out in Huntsville, TX. Chipotle may not be fancy or purely vegan, but they do have clear options for vegans.
Read moreThis location always has a few servings of sofritas on hand (they don't need a ton), and we have always received fast and friendly service.
In case you're unfamiliar with Chipotle - you can get a bowl, a burrito, or tacos. The brown and white rice are both vegan, the black and pinto beans are both vegan, and they also have these vegan items: grilled vegetables, sofritas, salsa (all of them), guacamole, and chips.
