Gluten-free friendly - Edit
This company does have gluten free soft corn tortillas. The tortillas are very good. If you immediately state that you (or someone with you)needs gluten-free, the staff will wash their hands and change their gloves. The chips are also gluten-free. They are very accomodating and nice. However, they don't have enough condiments/choices as Moe's.
Pros: accomodating staff, gluten-free products, good food
Cons: not enough choices for toppings
