Set up is assembly line style where you could customize your order of tacos, burrito, or burrito bowl, and request no cheese or sour cream. Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

It's Chipotle

It's Chipotle. You know it. This location gets crazy busy at lunch and quite messy too. The sofitas are awesome. It's great to have this as a good vegan fast-food option.

Pros: Vegan options, Sofitas

Cons: Not entirely Vegan, Messy dinning area

I’m Addicted

This place rocks! They have sofritas and plant based chorizo as well as my favorite, the veggie option (which includes guacamole). I recommend loading on the fajita veggies if you get a burrito bowl💪🏻 #Veganuary

Pros: Tasty, Has 2 vegan protein options, Friendly staff

Favorite vegan fast food

I love the fresh options and customization that is available. Always a great choice for when Im craving Mexican. Id recommend bringing your own to go containers/ wraps and silverware to cut down on single use plastics😄
