Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican fast food chain founded 1993 in the US and now operates outlets across North America and several more overseas. Set up is assembly line style where you could customize your order of tacos, burrito, or burrito bowl, and request no cheese or sour cream. Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

Horrible! Go to any other Chipotle.

I went here on 9/2/24 before 7 PM. After waiting in an extremely slow line that wasn't that long. I wanted a veggie bowl, but they had no fajita veggies or guacamole and I wanted both. I asked how long before more guacamole would be available. The younger guy asked the older lady who was cashiering. She was rude and she ignored the question from both me and him. Then the guy behind me who was with a bigger group all ordering lots of extra meat and other stuff said they all also wanted guacamole. So after asking multiple times the younger employees were now also looking at the older women cashier for an answer. I said I really wanted guacamole as it was just a veggie bowl and I could wait for it. Finally the rude cashier said they were not making any more tonight. This is ridiculous! They are open till 10 pm and several people in line wanted it and they didn't even bother to tell people they were out and refusing to make more. How lazy!!!! If this lady cashier was my employee I would terminate her job for the way she deals with people and refuses to have them make or put out normal things Chipotle should have or tell people they don't have before ordering. As I wanted in line I could see all 11 tables were filthy with food scraps all over them, on the chairs and on the floor around them. So gross! People were all getting their orders to go. The younger employees who looked like teens were not rude like the cashier who appeared to be in charge. For the first time in my life and after going to countless Chipotle's I walked out and drove to a different chipotle. The other location was clean and the couple of young employees there were super nice and they had every ingredient they should. After I paid I told them how this was such a better location than Elk River and the one smiled and said he has heard that several times today. I will never return to the Elk River location again.

Cons: Dirty. Every table was empty inside and had food a, Rude employee. Lazy employee., No guacamole. No fajita veggies

Vegan options

Chipotle is always a good option for vegans. Vegan cheese, non spicy tofu and mushrooms would all be on my chipotle dream list. I appreciate the brown rice option, beans, fresh greens and salsa.

Pros: Vegan options, Nice outdoor patio, Beans, brown rice, fresh greens & salsa

Cons: Sofritas (seasoned tofu) to spicy, No vegan cheese
