Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican fast food chain founded 1993 in the US and now operates outlets across North America and several more overseas. Set up is assembly line style where you could customize your order of tacos, burrito, or burrito bowl, and request no cheese or sour cream. Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

Filthy; Rude staff - Edit
Although there were no customers and no less than 6 employees working at the time, the entire place was filthy. Trash and food on the tables and floors and prep area covered in food. Employees were so busy talking among themselves in the back that they didn’t notice us for quite some time.
Read moreThe person who meandered over to help us was clearly upset and slammed and tossed serving utensils angrily while serving us. Many items, like rice and lettuce, weren’t stocked, and when we asked for them, she sighed loudly and rolled her eyes before saying “we don’t have it.” At one point she literally *yelled* “I wish people here knew how to do their JOBS.”
I can empathize with having an off day, especially since I know food service sucks a lot of the time. However, this encounter was extremely uncomfortable and left a bad taste in our mouths.
Save the frustration and visit the location at the mall.

Substandard Location - Edit
Although they have good options and it is tasty, the place is always out of those options hours before they close, consistently. The tables and floors are always dirty. When you try to give a heads up to the staff they seem annoyed and always trying to shut down early. It is too bad because I'd be a regular if they got their act together. Owner must never be there or doesn't care. I only go there as a last resort now.

This chipotle is not up to the standards of most I’ve been to. The place is dimly lit and not clean.
