Loved and Still Love - Edit
Chipotle was a staple for me before I became vegan and still is today. You can easily have them put together a burrito bowl of rice, beans and/or sofritas (tofu), fajita veggies, pico de gallo, guacamole, salsa, etc. and have a really nice meal. I am never disappointed and always thoroughly enjoy my food.
