A good option for vegan Mexican - Edit
You can get the veggie version of basically anything. On my last visit, I ordered the veggie bowl with brown rice, black beans, lettuce, pico, corn, guac, fajita veggies and salsa. It was delicious! I doubt it is oil free, but there was no perceptible greasy sensation. A great option when out and about.
