In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

Chipotle’s vegan options taste great, service is quick, portion size is good, and it’s always easy to find a nearby location.
Read moreMy only wish is that they would take a little more time with the bowl presentation so the end product looks nicer somehow.
There is a “vegan options” statement on Chipotle’s website (allergen page) that specifies what is vegan, but if you don’t have time to check, just stay away from the meats, sour cream and cheese and you’ll be ok. The meat alternative, Sofritas, is vegan and quite good, and is prepared by itself with no cross contamination.
