Not great but best option in the city - Edit
I will admit that this isn’t the most impressive list of vegan options I’ve ever seen at a Chinese restaurant, but I struggled to find anything better in Bangui. Finding vegan options was mostly difficult, and this restaurant at least understood that I was inquiring about fish sauce in my mediocre French vocabulary.
Read moreThey have a vegetarian section on the menu, which is better than anything else I found in town. There are multiple dishes with tofu, and the menu has pictures.
This turned out to be the best option, even while less than perfect. Likely your best option in Bangui for vegan food, since all of the French-inspired restaurants have tons of butter and all of the Bangui typical food includes fish.
