Fantastic place for food to share! - Edit
My husband I had been eyeing the place and was finally able to stop in on our last day, a couple days ago.
Read moreThe host will ask if anyone has dietary restrictions and will hand out a menu that marks everything. I wanted to snacks, more of less, so I ordered a mushroom taco and then two of the vegetarian tacos and removed the dairy. All 3 were excellent! I also got the coconut ceviche and hands down it was the best thing I ordered. So light and flavorful! And then we got a side of chips and salsa.
We loved it and will be back next time we are there!
Pros: Separate menu with vegan options listed, Great selection of vegan options , Delicious!!!!

Still dreaming about the food here - Edit
I would give 5* if I could! They have a seperate menu for those with allergies and/or dietary restrictions. Service was awesome, and he had great recommendations. I tried the golden pearl dumplings and they were so delicious!! I had the 18 monk noodle dish and oh. My. Gosh. It was SO DARN DELICIOUS!! It was so flavorful, I’m going to be dreaming about it for the rest of my life 🥲 highly recommend this place if you’re traveling to Vegas as a Vegan!

Great vegan/veg options - Edit
Clearly labeled vegan, vegetarian, etc menu. They asked if we had allergies, thus gave us an alergénico menu.

Affordable vegan tasting experience! - Edit
Only $45 for a mutli course tasting menu - we added the cocktail tasting to compliment. We’re all about the experience of dining- and while every item might not have been something we would have ordered again on its own, the combo was so fun.

Great for a gathering - Edit
Ask for the Allergen Menu ... it clearly labels Vegan, Dairy, Egg, Gluten, etc.
Read moreThe servers are well versed with their vegan offerings. Honestly, there is nothing bad on the menu. We had the Chips and Salsa (salsa is outstanding); Young Coconut Ceviche (yum!); Golden Pearls Dumplings; and a noodle dish but we can't remember each one.
If there's anything negative to say, the dishes are a bit oily. And I wish they have a vegan dessert.
But there are few places that can accommodate a large group with many kinds of eaters. There's something for everyone!

Ask your server - Edit
There are more vegan options than the menu shows. Ask your server for recommendations. I had the cold noodle salad which was delicious. They made the black bean taco and the cactus taco vegan for me. So good.

Scant options - Edit
Not much on this menu at this point - even the guacamole has added dairy cheese. 🙄 One cold noodle salad, coconut ceviche and roasted vegetables. Not one vegan taco option. Okay if you’re with omnis but not a place I’d seek out.

Vegan tasting menu is a Snooze fest - Edit
Food is not horrible but a bit underwhelming compared to the great vegan options you can find at the Wynn and encore restaurants. Did the tasting Menu. Highlights were the fried rice and coconut ceviche. Most dishes in the menu were quite forgettable and a very salty. The cocktail pairings did not really complement the dishes so I will skip on that. Dessert was a tiny scoop of sorbet. Will not be returning here.

Delicious Vegan Dishes! - Edit
This place surprised me when I asked about vegan options. My wife and I sat at the bar so we had quicker responses to questions about the menu. The bartender/waiter suggested five different dishes vegan friendly. We had three of them that were phenomenal. The 18 monk noodles, Forest of Jade (dumplings) and the coconut ceviche. 18 monk noodles had a Pad See Ew Thai noodle taste and texture to it. The dumplings were so juicy filled with forest mushrooms, jicama, celery and cilantro. The coconut ceviche surprised me the most with its taste and texture similar to fish. It’s made with young coconut marinaded with lime juice, avocado, teardrop peppers, red onion and cilantro. Hopefully this review of this place helps. FYI, the restaurant is in the cosmopolitan hotel. Enjoy!

Light but flavorful - Edit
I enjoyed the glass noodle bowl - rice noodles with carrots, cabbage, avocado and a couple of other veggies. It’s really simple and light but flavorful with peanut something or other dressing. Honestly I felt more satisfied with my dish than my carnivore friends did with theirs. A vegetarian in the group ordered the nachos and everyone (except the vegan, me) raved about how tasty they were.

Vegetarianism is an allergy - Edit
I am in Vegas for a conference, and stopped by China Poblano for dinner last night. Some of the food I ordered was quite good (the coconut "ceviche" for example), but the menu is really difficult to navigate. They've come up with abbreviations for all kinds of food allergies and sensitivities (nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.), and have grouped vegetarian and vegan together with these. What that means is, you have a long string of letters above every menu item, and you eventually lose track/get confused over what your options are. The staff aren't *super* helpful (I got the sense that I was taken for a "poor hippy" who wouldn't be spending much). Overall it felt like a square peg and a round hole. And a few small plates came to $115 before tip!

chinese and mexican tastes great as a concept! superb service though items came out “of different kitchens” at various and different times. spicy glass noodles, young coconut ceviche and nopal tacos all hit the spot, and the wallet! lunch for 5, $250. bam!

awesome ambience, vegan options - Edit
Love this place! Since I first came here a year ago they’ve added a fully labeled menu so you know what is vegan. Great for small plates to share.
Read moreRecommend the oat noodles (kao lao lao) and spring pea salad. The spring rolls were good but a bit oily. Make sure you get the vegan dipping sauce for them (the regular sauce is not vegan).
The nopales taco is vegan and has an interesting flavor, if you like cactus.
Highly recommended.
Pros: ambience , vegan items labeled , friendly staff
