Vegan options? - Edit
There is nothing labeled vegan on the menu. They have “vegetarian” items on the menu, but when I asked about vegan items, she indicated “all of the vegetarian items are vegan,” even though the home style bean curd says that it is made with oyster sauce. When I asked about vegan soups, she recommended the hot and sour soup (egg). When I asked about appetizers, she recommended crab rangoon (cream cheese and crab). Sadly, this is nothing other than your basic run of the mill Chinese restaurants that doesn’t really understand vegan or vegetarian, thinking that oyster sauce is vegetarian and vegan and vegetarian is the same.
