Limited but tasty vegan options - Edit
China Garden is a meat-focused place that also offers a small but appealing selection of vegan dishes. Health isn’t really on the menu (e.g. little in the way of green veggies, and no brown rice), but what they do have will fill the belly and satisfy the tongue.
Read moreOn the recommendation of an earlier reviewer, I had the sesame tofu. It was indeed very tasty, but there were only four little pieces of broccoli decorating a mountain of tofu, so not particularly balanced. Still, it did the job well enough.
Service was efficient and I eventually managed to get one smile from my hardworking server.

I love this restaurant. The sesame tofu is delicious and always my go to. By far my favorite Chinese restaurant ever. If you are passing through Elko it is definitely worth the short drive.

Pros: Delicious vegan food, Decent prices, Quick service
Cons: Usually pretty busy, they do a great job though.
